Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 1/4 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1 ripe banana (sliced)
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats and chia seeds.
  2. Add milk and peanut butter; stir until well combined.
  3. Sweeten with honey or maple syrup, then mix again.
  4. Layer half of the oat mixture in a sealed container, top with half the banana slices, and add the remaining oat mixture on top.
  5. Seal the container and refrigerate overnight.
  6. In the morning, top with remaining banana slices and enjoy cold or warm.
