Ingredients
  

Kielbasa Sausage
  • 1 pound Kielbasa sausage sliced
Vegetables
  • 1 cup Bell peppers sliced
  • 1 cup Onion sliced
  • 1 cup Zucchini sliced
Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper

Method
 

Prepare the Ingredients
  1. Slice the kielbasa sausage, bell peppers, onion, and zucchini.
Cook the Kielbasa
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced kielbasa and cook until browned, about 10 minutes.
Add Vegetables
  1. Add the sliced vegetables to the skillet. Season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir and cook for another 10-15 minutes until vegetables are tender.
Serve
  1. Remove from heat and serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
