Ingredients
  

Vegetables
  • 2 medium zucchini sliced
  • 2 medium yellow squash sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for sautéing
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper to taste
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil chopped

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash and slice the zucchini and yellow squash into thin rounds.
  2. Mince the garlic and chop the fresh basil.
Cooking
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced zucchini and squash to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and stir well.
  4. Cook for about 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped basil before serving.
