Ingredients
  

Vegetables
  • 4 cups Green Cabbage shredded
  • 1 cup Carrot shredded
  • 1 cup Red Bell Pepper thinly sliced
Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Salt adjust to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil optional

Method
 

Prepare the Vegetables
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, shredded carrot, and sliced red bell pepper.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a separate bowl, whisk together the apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, black pepper, and olive oil until well combined.
Combine and Toss
  1. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss until everything is evenly coated.
Chill and Serve
  1. Let the slaw sit for at least 15 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
