Prepare the Wings
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.
- In a mixing bowl, toss the chicken wings with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
- Arrange the wings in a single layer on the wire rack.
Make the Sauce
- In a blender, combine the diced peaches, habanero peppers, white vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary, adding more honey for sweetness or more habanero for heat.
Bake the Wings
- Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until crispy and cooked through.
- During the last 5 minutes of baking, brush the wings generously with the peach habanero sauce.
Serve
- Remove the wings from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes.
- Serve hot with extra peach habanero sauce on the side.
