  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (16 oz)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried Italian herbs (oregano or basil)

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Add minced garlic halfway through cooking.
  3. Drain excess grease, then season with dried herbs, salt, and pepper.
  4. Flatten each biscuit slightly; place a spoonful of beef mixture and cheese in the center. Fold the dough around it and pinch to seal.
  5. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet, brush with melted butter, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Serve warm with dipping sauces as desired.
