Ingredients
  

Vegetables
  • 4 cups green cabbage shredded
  • 1 cup carrots shredded
  • 1 cup purple cabbage shredded
Dressing
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Prepare the Vegetables
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded green cabbage, purple cabbage, and carrots.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, celery seed, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
Combine
  1. Pour the dressing over the cabbage and carrot mixture and toss until evenly coated.
Chill and Serve
  1. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
