Ingredients
  

Base
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
Filling
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Topping
  • 1 cup chocolate chips melted
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream for garnish
  • 2 tablespoons chopped peanuts for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Base
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Mix until well combined.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of serving dishes to form a crust.
Make the Filling
  1. In another bowl, beat together peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Spread the filling evenly over the crust in the serving dishes.
Add the Topping
  1. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler and pour over the filling.
  2. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to set.
  3. Before serving, top with whipped cream and chopped peanuts.
