Ingredients
  

Chicken Salad
  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken Shredded or diced
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise Adjust to taste
  • 1/4 cup Celery Finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Red Grapes Halved
  • 1/4 cup Almonds Chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice Freshly squeezed
Croissants
  • 4 pieces Croissants Freshly baked
Optional Garnishes
  • 4 leaves Lettuce Optional
  • 4 slices Tomato Optional

Method
 

Prepare Chicken Salad
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, mayonnaise, celery, grapes, almonds, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
  2. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Assemble Sandwiches
  1. Slice the croissants in half horizontally.
  2. Spoon the chicken salad mixture onto the bottom half of each croissant.
  3. Add optional garnishes like lettuce and tomato if desired.
  4. Top with the other half of the croissant and serve immediately.
