  • 1 can (5 oz) chunk light tuna drained
  • 1 ripe avocado diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/4 medium red onion thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Method
